Where do you ship from?
We ship within the United States. Standard delivery is 7–15 business days after a 1–3 day processing window.

Is shipping free?
Yes — free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35. Under $35, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout.

How do returns work?
You have 30 days to return your order. Email destrynewiger@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Are these real products?
Yes. We curate viral products from trusted suppliers and stand behind every order.

Do you price match?
Not right now. We keep pricing tight year-round instead.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We're shipping within the U.S. for now.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order is in fulfillment and can't be cancelled.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Shop Pay (including installments).

Where's my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, email destrynewiger@gmail.com with your order number.
